The medium-spicy sauce with a characteristic berry sourness is made from red currant, red rhubarb and fermented Ghost peppers.
Meatballs, pork ribs, venison and grilled meat in general are excellent companions for the new racing sauce. The heat of the sauce is moderate and will only emphasize the taste qualities of the dishes, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
A limited amount of sauce is available in our store and it will not be produced anymore!
